Verrous quart de tour
Un verrous quart de tour sont systématiquement composés d'un verrou rotatif 1/4, d'une rondelle de maintien et d'une partie inférieure. Tous ces composants, c'est-à-dire le pêne, la rondelle de maintien et la partie inférieure, sont indissociables du cadre. Les verrous quart de tour ont été conçus pour retenir et fermer en toute sécurité des volets, des couvercles de réservoirs ou des habillages de machines. Une rotation de 90° permet d'ouvrir ou de fermer le verrou rotatif. La tige transversale du pêne se déplace alors le long d'une courbe dans la partie inférieure du verrou afin de précontraindre le ressort. À l'extrémité de cette courbe se trouve un creux dans lequel s'enclenche la tige transversale, assurant ainsi la liaison. La force de précontrainte du ressort garantit que le dispositif reste fermé tout en résistant aux vibrations.

Quarter-turn security locks

Standard quarter-turn security locks has a spring-loaded tongue and is suitable for both right-hand and left-hand use with a closing travel of 90°. Water and durst proof according to IP65.
